To recap:


  • The building is vacant and in need of repair.
  • The proposals comprise the refurbishment and remodelling of a single family home on behalf of the existing owner for their occupation – It is not a commercial development for sale or rent.
  • The proposals reinstate a semi-derelict building back to its lawful use
  • No additional floor area is proposed.
  • By seeking to retain, maintain, refurbish and work with the existing building, the proposals comprise a more sustainable approach to improvement than complete demolition and new build start again.





Our planning application was submitted to Westminster City Council on 19 February 2021 with design changes resulting from post application consultation submitted on 21 May 2021.  We hope the application will be determined by late Q2 or early Q3 2021.


Construction is not forecast to start on site until Q4 2021 at the earliest with the new owners moving in Q1 2025.
